Well I think this actually improves the licensing for my situation over the 360 ways. Now my entire family can play a single game I've bought at the same time. This has always been an issue for me as I always have to buy one copy , eg. Dead Island 2 , and then rent another one or two copies so I can enjoy the new game with my kids at the same time.
The hole 24 hours play without an internet connection is absolutely not a problem for me as I would freak out if the internet went down for even an hour (which rarely ever happens).
These license terms seem complete acceptable to me.
