Is Sony recovering their greatness? Does the PS4 have this generation locked?

Based on everything that's happening on the internet, I'm sure PS4 already won the generation. But Vita also had already won it on the internet before and we know what happened after it's release in real life. I believe we should wait till every new console is released before making threads like this.
