Ocarina of Time is the best ranked game as far as i know with 99

yet TLoU has more perfect reviews then OoT has reviews

You can't compare the two, the gaming community has evolved since then and so has metacritic. It would be a fair comparison if OoT wasn't 15 years older than The Last of Us.
