Killzone Mercenary will have 8 player multiplayer across 6 maps and 3 game modes. Isn't that double what Resistance and Call of Duty support? No doubt if it's popular enough they'd do some DLC maps too to expand it.
All looking very promising so far, I just hope they manage to tidy the frame rate up enough to run a solid 30fps.

Just seen the official site has the release date as 6th of October 2013. I presume that's a typo as that would mean it's coming out on a Sunday (I should know, that's the date I'm getting married haha!)
