The konami conference was lame and boring as hell! yikes. TLS2 looked good at least...but it was horrible overall. 

Totally dumb right on the long-term when FIFA is going to gether more userbase on next-gen, but on the short-term and financially it wouldn't change much for them, since they aren't number one only in Latam and Asia who won't switch to nextgen that quickly..

For Vita nothing seems to be coming, but a MGS Portable Ops-like will be awesome.
