6 times a week.

Resistance, aerobic .. both?

Resistance.. with very short breaks between sets. It doesn't take me more than an hour to finish 5-6 exercises (3-4 sets) when training alone.

Actually, that's the same thing I do for resistance training. I go 5 days a week for resistance and the sixth day is for aerobics. I'm very specific on the resistance days so I don't spend more than an hour and my workout is efficient. When I did 3 days a week the last few exercises would suffer because I was approaching fatigue, so I wasn't getting maximum gains.

Exactly, that's a common problem. I think 6 days straight of resistance training might be harmful. I usually take a one day break every 4 days. And I don't like to base my training schedule on weekdays, it adds a bit randomness to your days which I think is refreshing. I never do stamina exercises.. man they tire the hell out of me and I'm underweight, they're pretty much pointless at this point.

Agreed! After the third or fourth I take a rest for a day. I don't want to overtrain, and I don't want my body to get used to patterns, so I try to mix it up a lot. Yea, stamina kills you man. Unless it's a 'stamina week' for me, I don't mix it into my training. I did cardio before training a few times and I could hardly even lift or fly afterwards lol I just warm up with stretches and get into it after 10/15 minutes. I walk to the gym so that's good enough for me.
