the 2 primary issues I have are:

making a big issue of unprecedented 3rd party partnerships - not only did it not happen- the 3rd party involvement in the wii u to date could not be worse- if Nintendo made even a modest effort to see more 3rd party involvement/games then we would have far more than what has transpired to date-

They announced a line up of launch game but waited until after the holiday sales season to disclose most of the key games would be delayed somewhere between 4-12 months and indefinitely. If anyone thinks Nintendo did not know how much effort/resources as a company they would put toward 3rd party relationships and they did not know those games would be seriously delayed until just after the holiday sales season then they would have to be naïve and/or in denial

many of us that purchased the wii u did so based on the general believe that Nintendo would make a good faith effort to follow through on their pre launch sales pitch- it is clear their Nintendo just did would it had to, to get a holiday sales season under wraps at the expense of those who purchased in good faith-
