I don't think he has said that.  The account that installs the game owns that content and it becomes digitally assigned to it, but it doesn't mean it isn't available to everyone else on that console.

So what does that mean if your console died or broke? You can reactivate everything on a new one, without much hassle? The PS3 and Xbox 360 can for instance while the Wii U can't.

THis, honestly i dont get it. The systems they had in place for PS360 were almost perfect they just had to tweak that. DOnt know how these new systems will have advantages for anyone, but i would love to see them explain it soon.
