Yeah, I am right. And excluding a feature not needed for gaming was one of the reasons Gamecube was profitable.

The GC also helped Nintendo become even less relevant to core gamers.

"Core" gamers, at least the self-described type, are themselves becoming less relevant. As gaming expands, they've become a minority. A system no longer needs to win over the "core" to be successful product.
