There probably wouldn't be anything that could make me buy it as soon as it came out if all of those things came true. Even if a new Okami game was announced exclusively for X-Box One (which would never happen but for the sake of argument), I probably wouldn't buy it right off the bat.
Something like that could probably inspire me to buy it several years down the road, but that no used games thing is a major issue for me atm.
