Lately I see a lot of talk going on concerning the male X female thing in gaming. But the truth is, males and females ARE different! and this shouldn't be seen as anything negative towards either gender. A female's lack of physical prowess.. their tendency to be emotional and gentle is what makes them unique and beautiful. Games that focus on males saving females just happened to be more in touch with reality. Males are physically superior and are instinctively more competitive.

I don't know about you guys but when a so called "feminist" woman is obsessed about the approach which depicts female to be equally as strong as man, It's equivalent to them not accepting and/or appreciating what they are! I support dreams, it makes life a better place. But what's so shocking about keeping things closer to reality? Why must we make big deals out of everything?

you skipped the part of the critique mentioning that the game still celebrates said differences without having to reduce female agency. This being the major critique of the "men act, women are" paradigm; it portrays women as lacking agency, as something that could be replaced by the Seven Chaos Emeralds and still make as much difference to the plot.
