Well if they are looking for designers there is no way we be seeing Halo 5 this year or next year.
Anyways I hope they innovate for Halo 5, they played Halo 4 too safe, and added unnecessary stuff to the MP.
The cloud aspect of the Xbox One could be used in so many awesome ways for Halo 5. Imagine the game types and battles that could be possible now!
