Ironically, the only one I ended up with any respect for this gen, the PS3, was the only one I didn't buy.

The 360 was simply way cheaper at the beginning of the gen, and with it getting it's own versions of DMC4, FFXIII, Dynasty Warrior, far better digital offerings at first with then exclusives like PacMan CE and Omega Force, and then Capcom exclusive support like Dead Rising and Lost Planet on top of stuff like Raiden IV, I just kept saying screw it, it's looking less and less good compared to the PS3, but they're still getting the stuff that counts for me.

By the time Sony finally had enough PS3 exclusives I REALLY wanted like Valkyria Chronicles, Gundam Extreme VS, Tokyo Jungle, Journey, Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires, etc etc etc it was around the point where I was expecting the PS4 to be announced at any time (originally expected PS4 in 2012) so I just held off.

As far as why I even got a Wii... Well, I was a Nintendo fanboy at the start of the gen.
