Give em a break Kowen! It's just a theory!!
Not the worst we've seen either, the Xbox ONE is behind development because "Sony is blocking them" is a stupid theory and the site seems to be calming down again, apart from a few members.

MS wouldn't care full stop. The royalties they pay would be pocket-change and that's being generous. MS make more money from each android phone they sell and more. Not to mention, I doubt the "walk around" technique would work at all, data still comes from the disk, hell, it is a blu-ray! It's been paid for already!! Also, this takes away the, "but the ps3/4 has blu-ray" argument/buying option.
