The wager seems a little "light" to be the "biggest" bet.
I'm not betting, but I'd say KH3 would go to PS3, just because Sony's been a good home for FF and KH over the years, why would they switch now? I don't think S-E would take the risk of moving their franchise to a platform where there are more people but not a guaranteed audience, at least they know PS3 owners will buy this game because they probably owned 1 and 2.
People are saying that it'll be on the Wii because S-E has jumped ship before (Moving from Nintendo to Sony), what they don't realise is that they were very happy with Nintendo at the time, they only moved to Sony because of the format they chose (Larger CD instead of the smaller Cartridge). Aside from motion controls (who let's face it, wouldn't be great in KH unless you like pretending to swing around a sword.. which'll be like DQS and DW on the Wii) the Wii offers less then the PS3 does: disc space, graphics, processing power.. list goes on.
