I think these games will be playable demos at Show Floor and I m pretty sure no company would want to give out their surprise announcements. So we don't know what will be at PS conference.
And as for The Last Guardian i believe it will be playable if its on PS3.. coz it had long development time and one time during development it was in playable form. But it wouldn't be a surprised if its a cross generation, and if TLG goes cross i think it will be safe to assume so will FFvs13.
