RUNA made a article based on his experience on Soul Sacrifice, It was supossed to be a review but he Gave up on the game after 20 hours... I think half of the things He say are true... I was expecting more exploration and more variety of enemies and missions, the stages aren't very big, and when are big enough they just send You to Kill X enemy or recollect X quantity of Souls...

But on the graphics being at the level of a PSP title, I know that aren'tthe best of Vita, but He's exaggerating here... and about the type of attacks, He think is just tree type of them.. when tehre are arround 30+ types, that you go collecting if You get the best score in some missions (summon, regenarating, power ups, defense ups, to atract enemies, to doge or run faster, mines, traps, armors, etc). And complaining about "how long" take to summon a weapon in some times, that's because He didn't get the better spells... Complaining about the story of the game, because You don't get cinematics for every boss and enemy on the lore...

The game could have been better, and I wouldn't have score it above 8/10... but still is a lot enjoyable, but despite the dissapointment of some things is one of the refference game of the PSVita... is just more based on bost battle, how He said on the article, is about the climax...

You know what? Fair play to RUNA, that is exactly how I felt about the game before it suddenly clicked for me on the gameplay aspects. It's definitely not one for everyone. However, the "time" it takes for some spells to work, is kind of the risk/vs reward strategy in the game. Do you risk doing a highly damaging spell? Or just go for quick attacks on your enemy? The idea really is to use the longer spells when someone else is distracting an enemy IMO.

However atm for me, it's up there with P4:G as one of the systems greatest titles.
