If you think OP isn't thread worthy, report it. If it lacks content, it'll be locked.
Personally, I don't think I'll formally moderate off-topic pictures unless they're really gunning to derail a thread. But another mod might.
Either way, it really doesn't add anything to discussion so please don't do it.
