I say no. Xbox 360 games have sold more because of the look the PS3 has received that most of the games are going to be poor ports. There are a lot of gamers that have both a PS360 and only buy exclusives on the PS3 while multiconsole on the 360.
With most 360 owners owning a PS3 and most collector's or game enthusiasts purchasing more games than your average consumer, it's safe to say that there's a large majority of games purchased by 360 owners who also own a PS3.
So in this argument the only way to go is by console sold and the PS3 has the most consoles sold.
