The poll might not give the most correct options but this is what happens:
You buy a copy, you own that copy and that copy should not stop working if you decide to give it or sell it to someone else.
The copy cant be selective of when it wants to work and the original seller has no right or claim over that copy they themselves sold. Its still beyond me how the arrogance and greed leads them to think they can legally sell the same disc multiple times. Cmon...
