Your delivery (sentence structure) could use some work, but I agree completely. If I buy something (clothes, car, movies, games, etc.), I have the right to do whatever I want with it. Publishers are trying to stop this with games because they have terrible business models and poor project management. That's the real reason devs and publishers go out of business, not because consumers are trading and selling their games.
