He is right except that he's not targeting the right people : developers never complained about used games and you know why ?
Because the actual team of developers get a fixed salary and sometimes a tiny micro bonus percentage on the sales.
The truth ist that only producers/publishers are complaining because they are the only ones who get more money when they get more sales. And that's why publisher hide behind and pretend to speak for developers because they have sympathy...
