Very strange behavior. She probably saw you steal the food for a distance, or maybe someone saw you and told her.

She was gone, though. I would not have been sitting at her desk if she was there. If anyone saw, I couldn't say, though i doubt it.

If it was a definite and obvious interference, then you should have taking a photograph and showed your boss.

Mote importantly, why did you eat the food? Also, why would you sit in her chair? The Hell?
