In the post I was repsonding to you seemed to be talking about Sony, so I listed Sony devices.
As for PS4 game streaming, that may use protocols etc developed by Gaikai for better streaming, but it's not using Gaikai (the cloud gaming streaming service). The streaming is done from your own PS4 , so I imagine you can only stream what you have installed on and/or inside your PS4 console.
