Do people still use BMI? In an age where most men lift weights, its practically useless.

Most, men? Hmmm

My generation does at least. Though i've been seeing a lot of fat kids lately.

I'm big boned (I swear)...  My weight doesn't correspond to other people's weight.  I have broad shoulders and thicker bones than most.  So someone that is near my height or a few inches shorter can weigh 20-30 lbs less than me even though they have a huge belly...  I still have 20-30 lbs to drop though but I am working hard at it (work out every day and my job requires you to stand/move around pretty much the entire 8-12 hour shift).  I gain a lot of weight when I get laid off (drinking too much alcohol and not doing any exercise) but then drop it after a few months of work.

Normal weight for me would be around 210-220 lbs (6'2" pretty much 3").  If I go under 200 lbs then I start looking like I am starving.
