that i don't want to use a console like the playstation 4 as i used my dreamcast, without connection to the internet. 

Err.. but isn't it nice to have the option to play on something which doesn't require an internet connection?

Also, I was playing Phantasy Star online and Quake 3 on Dreamcast back in the day so.. it did have online play (albeit a rather slow and crappy one) oO
