I know this is probably a joke, but I'm compelled to say that Sonic Team is still in charge regardless.

Sheesh, sometimes I think we should add a 17th rule to the forums - "If you see an emoticon in a reply it is definately meant as a joke, under no circumstances you should take the reply in question seriously :P"

I refuse to take that rule seriously since it has an emoticon in it.
