Dynasty Warriors by Platinum Games. Or anyone else besides Tecmo Koei. Love me some Three Kingdoms action but the game needs an overhaul. New engine, new combat, better levels.
Also, Sonic made by Nintendo EAD.
Aaaand Final Fantasy Tactics made by Intelligent Systems.
