I liked UC3s aiming. For starters, the recoil made the guns felt much more alive whereas in UC2 the usage of spread was just meh. Possibly also why I love UC3s MP whereas I barely could enjoy myself playing UC2s MP (competetive that is, i love Co-op on both). And ive done 29 playthroughs, with alternate aiming off and on. To be perfectly honest: I can barely tell a difference. Possibly because after platinuming it, I play on easy-very easy to just mess around and have fun. And the aiming there seems to have more auto aim of sorts. So really: If people find it hard => Stfu and play on easy LOL. It also eliminates bullet sponges so why not! But yeah TLOU is a game I actually want to play on harder difficulty due to the AI. |
I'm with you on UC3's aiming. I didn't feel a difference in the two different aimings. I was getting headshots galore on my first playthrough when I got the game and I think I did significantly worse when I changed to alternate aiming.
I haven't done as many playthroughs as you, but I have done 5 or so. And I will probably try normal first in the demo and then go up in difficulty just so I can get used to the controls a bit.
