It really isn't. We can't force people to like a product, we can just moderate them when they troll it.

I believe he means that there is a lot of (stealth) trolling, baiting, bashing, off-topic/derailing, etc... I do see a lot that is let go, because it is border line. However there are a good amount, which seem like obvious ones, that clearly go against the forum rules but nothing is done about them. I guess it is up to interpretation.

To OP, just report it and ignore. If you must say something about it, make a comment and leave it at that. How much influence should these people on the forum have on you? What they say really means nothing. Sometimes it may be good to step away for a while.

You've been here since '09, this should be nothing new to you.  Perhaps you mainly view Xbox threads, so you notice it more often. It happens to all the companies. It seems the user base here is skewed against Xbox so you may see a lot more negative comments about it.
