I mean, with the College, it's basically "do a handful of quests, explore this dwemer ruin, well done on becoming archmage" whereas Oblivion had a long and really entertaining quest series that went through the various mages' guilds to the Arcane University. I suppose the Arcane University was far more powerful in Cyrodiil than the College in Skyrim, but still. |
Yeh that dwemer ruin was loong, also rather dull, to be honest the dwarven locations are my least favourite. I started the Dark Brotherhood questline earlier and it seems great so far, then onto Dawnguard after that :)
