Yeah that too. I don't know how I forgot it, came here to edit the post. Though  the chances can be rounded to zero as well.

Thats the only big exclusive game I can think of, off the top of my head. Since Epic owns the IP and not MS.

But yeah, you're right.. it's not going to happen lol.
