This is more like OnLive than "real" console - though, from what I understood, the difference is that is offered by company that already provides some services. Not unlike what French telecoms are doing (SFR and Orange, also on G-Cluster), or some ISPs too - practically giving you optional additional service alongside the primary you're paying for.
