Am not so sure myself, even if both conditions are met, you're still looking at paying 66% for the game that you're not going to be able to resell, such as the case with any new IPs, either first or third party, single player games in particular, people would rather wait for the eventual price drop before taking a risk to test something new out, as I pointed out before, it will be a great breeding ground for cod and FIFA even if the second condition is not met, but beside that nothing much will likely sell except for the games which have solidified themselves as franchises in the past, and even then..
