I wouldn't be laughing if you only own a PS3 scooper. If the DLC was anything like the size of VC or SA, I would consider a $30 price a bargain.
Lol, you better hope GTAIV PS3 doesn't ship with a crippling bug like AC or CoD4 (multi), cause MS might just say, "sorry Rockstar, but you promised NO additional content."
