Holy Cow! This is true? I just hope that money wasn't spent on timed exclusives. That would seriously piss me off. With that kind of spending, I wouldn't be surprised if MS secured FF Versus XIII or even KH3 as an Xbone exclusive. That would seriously make a dent. Personally, if they were to use that money to develop Shenmue 3, I would love MS forever...but I know that would never happen.
