Just Cause dev has worked with ‘impressive’ Xbox One for some time

It will be impressive enough. The OG Xbox was almost twice as powerfull as the ps2 yet the latter sold 4 times more. Power isn't everything and if you look at how good games look on the current gen the One will wow us.
