I think the biggest problem with PSP is that it's best games eventually get ported to the Ps2. So the general consumer thinks that if they wait long enough that the game they want on PSP will be available on the PS2. I think that the best way to combat this is to keep psp games exclusive to the system exclusive and not port them to PS2. That way people have more of an incentive to purchase the game on the PSP and not wait for it's ps2 release.
