Okay, unless those are killer apps, it's not a much needed upgrade. We already know the PSP has good games. It needs more bestselling games (although the low sales=low quality was used against the GC). A couple of quality games are good for PSP owners, but it would take more to help the overall library.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
