How much of Sony's conference will be for the PS3?

Wouldn't be very smart from them.

I should have made it clear that the PS4 will have 45% of the focus, split evenly between showing off the system and the games themselves.

Thanks for pointing out how it could be confusing.

E3 has to be about games otherwise I'll be disappointed.
