I'm etching my opinion in the permanency of a thread. I've done it before to some extent, but I feel the need to be a little bit more dramatic.

The cloud processing 'advantage' of the Xbone won't mean jack-shit in actual game performance.

Here are two relevant articles on the issue:

http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2013/05/how-the-xbox-one-draws-more-processing-power-from-cloud-computing/

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-in-theory-can-xbox-one-cloud-transform-gaming

Pie in the sky - that's all it is. And that makes all the articles, hype and other nonsense even more unbearable.

So can we never, ever, ever talk about it again until someone actually SHOWS and example of it!? Wishful thinking I know.

I don't know about that cloud processing advantage... It's not like Sony can't use that kind of tech too. If it proves to have any potential, then it's most likely going to be used by the industry left and right down the line.

But I'm very skeptical about it. The online infrastructures are really "not there" yet.  And really, they'd have to explain exactly what it would be used for and how it is used... Because when they say that it will multiply the power of the XBO by four...

... Yeah, right.
