why? its not like vita just works around the PS4... stream from PS4 will be great... but not every single time you want to play vita you will turn on the PS4. And some games, are just best suited for handhelds, they will not release a (more expensive) PS4 version for you to play it in the vita trough remote.
if this really help to move HW, more reasons to develop vita games... i can't see a bad thing here...
