PS4 developer: Sony mandates Vita Remote Play for all games

Even Nintendo doesn't force devs to make use of the WiiU controller screen and some devs whine about having the extra screen to deal with. I doubt Sony can force devs to do something like this.

I hope not.  Mandating is never a good idea, but allowing them to use it (Or giving them incentives) is a VERY different ballgame.
