When I had DirecTV, the only things I watched with any regularity were sports games that might be on, and TCM. Turner Classic Movies, for me, was/is basically the last bastion, because it doesn't have commercials, is uncensored, and unlike AMC these days, ONLY plays older/classic films, of which I am a big fan. There are a lot of cool movies that I had never seen until I randomly caught them on TCM.
That is literally the only channel I miss. Where currently live, my roommate gets Comcast cable for free as part of an internet package he got, but neither of us really watch it, hardly at all. I mostly watch Netflix, either the DVDs they send me, or streaming, which I prefer for shows more than movies. I do wish Netflix would invest money in a lot more classic tv shows, because if I wanted to watch new shit, I'd actually watch TV.
In general, no, I don't watch a whole lot of new TV.
