Nobody said Kinect is always-on, I think that'd be illegal. But Microsoft is confusing the hell out of us I can tell you that LOL. Or perhaps Phil Harrison is doing Sony's work if you know what I mean :P

Yep, and this is the problem for MS: even if they remove all the cons, they already shot themselves in their foot with very bad PR, at the same time providing Sony and Nintendo a real world market research about what should not be done with their consoles. Although I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Sony making some bad choice anyway, we know they love to shot themselves in the foot even more than MS.
