As always, graphics aren't the most important aspect of a game. However, the prettier the game looks, the better, of course. Smooth framerate also makes gameplay better, so they can be somehow related.
I don't buy the 'better with Kinect' stuff, though. I've tried it and hated it, so unless Kinect 2 is a world of difference, nothing will change, and nothing stops Sony from innovating on software using traditional hardware.
Wii U has an innovative control but no 'killer' software for it. Kinect had Adventures, Move had none. We'll need to see what Kinect 2 will get - probably something not for me, even if successful.
