This is open to interpretation, but there is a prevailing perception that Nintendo doesn't attempt to compete anymore. Nintendo lets everyone else take most of the risks associated with each new generation of gaming, yet the only way to truly beat Nintendo would be to wrestle control of the handheld market. In short, I think it has to do with Vita.

Oh, if it was a gif for the handheld fight it would make sense, but then there is Micro, because of the Surface???

If it is for consoles well, Nintendo is not doing well there, coming first they should have fallen first as well. lol

EA and Microsoft don't seem to take interest in the dedicated handheld market altogether, so I suppose... abandon ship? What doesn't make sense is that Sony seems to be going after the others at first, before trying to beat Nintendo. Might be explainable in the context of audience base, but whatever. Now, if the gif were to be about the impending console war, I'd say it's a fanboyish prediction, for reasons far too numerous for me to list. Either way, I thought it was funny.
