Why would they?
I don't need a $500 box to hit the input button on my remote so I can switch between gaming and live TV.
I also don't need it for Fantasy Football - Direct TV has offered live updates during games circa 2011.
What does it offer a non-gamer that they don't already own (Stereo, Cable/Satellite, Computer/Tablet/Phone)?
Nothing at all.
