The way it was addressed may work in US and some other countries but is terrible for the rest of the world. The lending is a bigger con for me in particular, but the game communities in Latam have a healthy trading commerce as the games here are just too expensive to just buy new and the stores don´t have used games services.

It is eve worse if the PS4 confirms this as PS3 user were used to share their games as piracy was not available.

As long as a gaming store has a computer with internet, they can register for this used game service, whereby they wipe the first users data clean and thus resell it to someone new. Really, only 3rd world gaming stores would suffer, but even then those countries have internet themselves.
