Considering you avoided my question, Ill take that as "Yes".
Microsoft and the Publisher should not get money for 2nd hand games. I should be able to sell Halo 4 to a friend. I shouldnt have to trade through a specified game store. I should be able to sell the product I bought to anyone I damn well please.

Never see Steam's 50 million user complaining about not being able to trade in or sell their games. MS say they will actually give you the ability to do this with digital content, and somehow they're the bad guys. Makes sense

Where did they say that? I've only heard rumors for re-selling disc's with a lot of restrictions.
It would be great if they allow a real money auction house for all digital game licenses. Put your digital game up for sale when you're done with it. Have they announced anything like that?
